The chef's knife is very good. Due to the weight of the full stock, it balances very well on the first finger behind the crossguard. . The 4-incher is also a joy to use. We previously had a Spanish-made Henckel 8-inch chef's knife that didn't smell as strong and didn't feel as good in the hand. This one also holds an edge much longer and is easy to get insanely sharp. Very good knives for the price, do not hesitate, great set for a Benjamin.
