This product is slightly more expensive than what you get. It's a piece of plastic with clips. But he does what he says. This item is probably best for aftermarket full touch screen car stereos. As noted by other reviews, if you have buttons or anything protruding, you may need to make changes to the navigation bar. I have a Pioneer radio tape recorder with buttons and a touch screen and the Navishade doesn't interfere with any of the buttons. There is nothing you can do when the sun is shining directly on your screen but other than that I would highly recommend this product for those who no longer need to keep the sun off their screen. I added a rear view camera that shows my car stereo and this navigation tool made a huge difference.
