Review on Ultimate Performance: Intel Core i7-2600 Quad-Core Processor with 8MB Cache and 3.4GHz Speed by Funahashi Riko ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I'm satisfied, it's a good purchase.

The stone is generally almost top-end on s1155 - only 2700K is higher - but with such a difference in price, there is no point in paying extra for 100MHz. Intel has actually become insolent - it has not reduced prices for SB processors for almost 10 months. And although earlier (yes, yes, not only now there is no SIGNIFICANT competitive product, but it never happened before, there were moments) the prices were reduced according to the plan more than 6 months after the release of the product. And this is what I really don't like about Intel's policy. P. S. Do not offer the S1366 platform - junk, and in general.

Pros
  • A powerful percentage, what else to add - if you take a wheelbarrow for GAMES, it makes no sense to take an almost server s2022 - overpay the extra for what you don't need. Full L3 cache - 8MB, well, sometimes useful HT (SMT) for someone.
Cons
  • Price.

Pros below: Fast, integrated graphics HD3000, HT. With its cons. No, except that the temperature of two cores is 10 degrees higher than the others
