What did I pay for? The product is a complete failure.

My relationship with Thomas (Westfalia HT) lasted for close to ten years, but eventually it came to an end. Nothing under the moon can be guaranteed to last forever. I have spent a significant amount of time perusing various evaluations. One of the things that was annoying about Thomas was how tough it was to clean the vacuum cleaner. Here, apparently, a buddy of Bissell's who promoted the company washed the flask as well as all of the cases. It came down to either Thomas's beloved pet and family, which included two cats and children at home, or Bissel. Made the decision to use Bissel. The first thing that was less than satisfactory was the standard of the mopping. Wool and smaller motes are still scattered around the floor; in order to collect everything, you will need to vacuum the same area multiple times. Because I have a light floor, the distinction between the results of washing with Thomas and washing with Bissel is really clear. The second one will collect everything one piece at a time if the first one gathered everything all at once. that's twenty. Lacks the height to reach the plinth. The vacuum cleaner is on the heavier side because, unlike other vacuum cleaners, you have to hold the complete structure in your hand rather than just the hose at any given time. In addition to that, there is this cable, which you are required to always have in your hand since, otherwise, it will get in the way. If I was able to quickly prevent little floods with Thomas, such as when the washing machine leaked or the kids spilled something, then gathering water with Bissel is a single source of frustration because of the limited capacity of the container. You are going to have to wash it; while you might not be as perplexed as Thomas, there are still issues. As an illustration, you may try removing hair from the roller. Perhaps you could just wash the filter like you normally would and let it dry so that it doesn't end up covered in mold (covered). In general, I put up with him for a whole year before finally shipping him off to the countryside. In addition, I purchased the same Thomas for long-term usage.

Pros
  • It was not found.
Cons
  • Weak maneuverability, only reaches the baseboard by a couple of centimeters, the cable is positioned in an awkward spot, the washing quality is subpar, and the container for collecting dirty water is on the tiny and heavy side.
