Review on Enhanced KeySmart Compact Holder Keychain Organizer for Commercial Access Control in Commercial Door Products by Michael Tegan

It's cumbersome to load more than 4 keys 🔑

I put 6 keys with spacers on one set. Took a while, but not bad. On the second one I put 8 buttons and it was more difficult to align. Yes they give you a longer screw but that didn't help to align the keys as the post was short for that. I've given up aligning things for the adjustment screw. Almost impossible with different keys. I managed to put them together without spacers and it had 8 buttons. Hooray for me. 👏 What is the use of spacers? Well, in a set, it's easy to pull out a key and it holds its place. It doesn't roll over. Of course you can tighten the screws, but then it becomes too tight. You have to find the right torque for a screw, and when you start smiling because you think you've achieved something, it loosens up. 😐 Spacers are also used to level the space 😮 . This way things line up evenly. 😐 For example, you need 2 spacers at the other end of the keychain loop to level the space nice and evenly. They give you a lot. 👍This adds weight or feel as the buttons are all together instead of scattered around. The screws feel like they need to be tightened from time to time. Don't lose those tiny rubber grommets on the screws or you'll have to adjust the screws frequently. It's cool, but not cool for $22. No way. I made something similar at a hardware store when I was a kid. It's really easy to do. I bought them on sale for €11 each. There is something they can do to make key loading easier, but I won't say. Why let others benefit from my ingenuity. 🤓 Done. They're not bad for what they are. They don't eliminate the ringing if you have a key ring with a key fob attached to it, but they reduce the noise significantly and you don't have to clip a key. 😎 I give this 3 stars only because of the high price and the difficulty of installing more than 4 keys. Let's see how they hold up as others have reported that they are broken. It's ok, but I don't think I would buy them again or recommend them unless they lower the price and improve the way buttons and pads load.
