Short Story: They work great and I'll buy more. On my first day in the attic it was about 40 degrees Celsius, and I found 30 degrees hot at the time. I got a heat rash. Uniform shirts itch so I started wearing cotton t-shirts and that helped. I stopped appearing prickly heat. Then a friend recommended a compression shirt. This is the one I have and I have been working on hauling concrete and gravel in sunny 90F weather. I sweat a lot, but when I unbutton my shirt, it sucks in air and cools me down. I love it. i buy more
