great bag! Adds up. Has a removable bottom liner with a piece of durable, lightweight chipboard so you can remove the board and wash the liner. Well ventilated and built. I had to cut a spot because of the excess sewing cord in the door zipper. Took a 6 month old pug about 10 pounds and she fit great, lay down with lots of extra room. The shoulder strap worked well but I wish it could be made longer. The side pocket was ok but it's just one big pocket with some stitching to divide it into 3 sections. I wish it was a big zip pocket but no luck. I flew it on US AIRWAYS EXPRESS and it fit perfectly. I also carried a small backpack that, when turned on its side, also fit under the seat next to the stroller. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and recommend it for small dogs. *My dog was able to stand and sit crouched with his head down in the stretcher. I took a small blanket with me in case an accident happens and I need extra absorption. But there were no accidents.
