I never thought I could get so excited about a salad dressing container. BUT IT IS GOOD! I stopped buying salad dressing a few years ago and now take about two minutes a week to make a vinaigrette with what sounds good. So easy, so delicious. I used one of those little glass jars for a long time, but the rubber seal kept popping out of the cork and getting stuck in the neck. When I tried to pry it out with a butter knife one day, the seal inevitably slipped into the bottle rather than out. And so it was. So I ordered this and my life changed. Do you think I'm joking? I am not joking. Okay, maybe just a little joke. But lettuce is serious business in my house. And this bottle is durable, dishwasher safe and hasn't leaked yet. The flip plug and seal are fantastic. I hold it down while shaking, just in case, but honestly I don't think it will open if it's firmly closed. And the dressing doesn't drip when pouring! The? For real. And pouring is much more controlled than with a glass jar. OXO does it again! Worth every penny.
