I want to give this product 5 stars. The first one I ordered worked great for a few hours but then didn't pick up the gems. I noticed that the tip of the little sticky white stuff was gone at the end. I tried to peel off the remaining sticky white substance to cover the small metal tip that was now exposed but to no avail. I thought I pressed too hard and broke it, so I ordered another one. Same thing happened with this one. It's a great concept, but it doesn't quite work. See my photo of both below. I hope they improve it because I like it. I also wish the handle portion was a bit larger for comfort. If you can do this
