Media could not be loaded. I used this for a rough pass after machining the 6mm straight end for the first rough cut. It burned wood even at 16,000 rpm and 100 inches per minute of feed. It mostly burned when changing the depth, which is probably because Vetric used a real ball end mill, but it only has a slightly rounded end. After that I ran the tip of the 0.5mm radius bead for finishing and it erased most of it but there were still lines in the finish because that drill bit (the drill bit being checked) was cut because it's not a real ball was. Video of this cutting bat. It's hard to see, but the wood is burning. The feed rate is fast enough to maintain a high chip load. I also do 0.025" per pass so this shouldn't buff either. No idea why it gets so hot.
