A Bad Shopping Experience at the LIARTY Online Store

After reading about LIARTY Online Store's "excellent customer service" and "enjoyable shopping experience," I was eager to make a purchase. My encounters were not pleasant at all. To begin, I found their website to be extremely difficult to use. Looking for a needle in a field, that's what it felt like. The one time I did find what I wanted, it was sold out. Great. Their customer service, however, was the true deal-breaker. When I contacted them, they gave me a robotic and unhelpful answer when I asked when the item would be back in order. I might as well have been yelling at a wall. When my order eventually arrived, it was the incorrect item. This time, when I tried to contact customer support, they didn't respond at all. I haven't heard back from them yet. In sum, I cannot say enough bad things about my encounter with LIARTY Online Store. If you're searching for a simple and satisfying shopping experience, don't go there. If you're looking for something that will make you feel like you're banging your skull against a wall, LIARTY is not for you.
