Bearings are trash. They hardly spin. This actually prevents beginners from learning correctly. I highly suggest purchasing a better set. The board itself is extremely flat. They might as well have bolted trucks to a 2x4 and threw on some grip tape. The only thing I wouldn't complain about is the wheels. The trucks seem decent but I'm not sure what to expect for a $40 skateboard. The picture in the advertisement is extremely misleading as you will not skating a vert ramp or doing tricks on the park or street. This board has 1 purpose and 1 purpose only. That is to learn to stand on a skateboard and move forward a few feet. YOU ARE PREVENT YOUR CHILD FROM BECOMING BETTER AT SKATEBOARDING BUY PURCHASING THEM A BOARD LIKE THIS. The only reason I ordered this board is because my 6 year old wanted one for Christmas and I don't believe she will actually be interested in skateboarding as she grows older. If your child already knows how to ride a skateboard, use ramps or do tricks, they will not be happy if you purchase this for them. I knew the skateboard would be junk when I ordered it. I just hope this knowledge can be passed along to some less informed parents.
