Really Good Quality
The rim arrived bent but the bottom plate was perfectly flat, which is a shock, since it's really good, heavy gauge steel! Exchanging it, but can't wait for the new one. I've worked in professional kitchens, and this is better than the ones I've worked with.
- Easy to clean and remove from the pan
- May not be able to handle sticky fillings
