The product was well packaged, easy to install and generally as expected. A few thoughts however after living with the product for a few weeks. water is cold I knew it would be like this, but it's shocking EVERY TIME. I'd probably go for the fancier water-heated version if I did it again. - "Aim" with water splashes is not really an option. Yes, it has an adjustment lever, but the overall course correction it can affect is minimal, and at the end of the day you'll spend more time rocking in your seat than trying to direct the jet where you want it to need. I confess that for the first time in a long time I removed the covers over the two screws holding the seat to the bowl and it was gross. But now there are all kinds of plastic toilet covers that are difficult, if not impossible, to clean completely without removing the entire bidet. This can be a fatal mistake. It's not that removing the unit and cleaning underneath is terribly difficult, but it's certainly not as easy as pre-cleaning the bowl. We're trying to see how awful the cleanup is, but that might be why we're removing it permanently in the future. I have questions about how clean or how easy/well we can clean the nozzle itself over time. The thing is in the line of fire for a lot of outgoing bodily waste and needs to be well decontaminated very often. I doubt it will be easy or effective in the long run.
