Instead of using a shelf liner, I prefer to line kitchen shelves with kitchen towels. I have used Ikea kitchen towels in the past but bought these because they would ship faster. I am very happy. The size allows me to fold one end and only use one per cabinet/drawer. (Sometimes I had to use 2 smaller towels.) Since I haven't washed them yet and don't use them for regular kitchen purposes, I can't tell if they're absorbent or durable. But for my purposes they are great! The color turquoise is a dark, muted turquoise, but at the same time light. I like the variety of models.
