Stopped working on the first day of use.

You have completely stopped working. I hung them up while doing this and they just turned off. I can't turn them back on. Before that, the remote worked fine, even with the remote. Now nothing works at all :/ I don't really need the broken lamps, I can't get to the place to send them back due to Covid and the fact that I'm a chemo patient and have to be in quarantine. Unfortunately, I cannot really recommend these lamps. At first I was very satisfied but they need to keep working for me to enjoy them.
