It worked for a while.
I bought this to replace The power button on the original remote stopped working. It worked fine for about three months, after which the arrow keys stopped working. If the TV has a reflection such as B. bright sunlight bouncing off a house, it won't work at all unless you're within inches of the TV. The good news is that the power button still works, so we're going to need it.
