Review on 🍝 Eppicotispai X-Large Natural Beachwood Collapsible Pasta Drying Rack: The Ultimate Solution for Drying Pasta Efficiently in Style by Anthony Mcgarry

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Original design, folds flat, holds a ton of pasta!

I picked this one out of the many dryers I looked at because I wanted to be able to hang as many pastas at once as possible. So many shelves looked dainty and small, and the different heights of the bars meant you had to cut the pasta to different lengths to fit. I wanted consistency and volume. These are the best features of this rack. Although it takes up as much space as a tea tray when assembled, it folds up to 1" tall when disassembled. I keep it in its original packaging to keep it clean and not bulky. It only takes a few minutes to set up or take down. When installing it for the first time you may need to look at the pictures on the back of the box to show you how, but then it will be easy. There is a trick to setup: the lower support legs fold so each leg has a long and short "foot". Be sure to open it so that there is a long leg and a short leg on each side. Sounds counterintuitive, but actually offers power and no wobble! I'm sure this one won't tip over, unlike some rounds that can get heavy on top. I stuffed my fettuccine on both sides; didn't hang out and the rods didn't bend. It's solidly built. I'm happy with that.
