I like how everything is connected with each other, so it's very easy if something needs changing or fixing you can do that anywhere at any time rather than having one particular person doing all work relating to that system. Also they have really good customer support! There are some things such as the fact we cannot go directly into some areas which requires more complex processes e.g new line entry etc this means our data will be delayed sometimes by hours due to someone else needing inputting information first before their section starts working again. It would help a lot to connect those sections easier when adding them but nothing major just minor issues i wish there was another way around certain problems solving issues because it makes things too complicated compared to normal software where it could add an extra step maybe? But overall great product it works well within your organization. I like that you can easily see your work orders with this software, it is very easy to navigate and understand. It takes some time getting used to but once you do it's really good! If they would make an update or add more features then yes. Please try out the free trial version first, if no problems you should be fine after using it for sometime. We are solving our tracking process issues by going paperless - less errors = faster resolution.
