Great product for tracking jobs - needs update

I like that this software can be used by several people at one time as it is very friendly with other programs; so if you are working together there isn't much downtime while switching between pages or screens (this would not apply however during an actual project). There really wasn’t anything I did dislike about Champs once we started using them but since they only have two employees now when in previous years my husband had 10+ employees under his watchful eye he could never keep up! But…

Pros
  • You don`' need internet access,it syncs off site cloud server via dropbox for safekeeping your files & photos.It uses GPS capabilities also works offline too!! We were already utilizing our smart phones data plans without downloading any apps..just run app within phone browser..like google maps...you still save

Great software for tracking and management of work orders

I like how everything is connected with each other, so it's very easy if something needs changing or fixing you can do that anywhere at any time rather than having one particular person doing all work relating to that system. Also they have really good customer support! There are some things such as the fact we cannot go directly into some areas which requires more complex processes e.g new line entry etc this means our data will be delayed sometimes by hours due to someone else needing…

  • This helps us keep up to date records without missing anything along the road.and also allows me quick access through my mobile phone whenever needed..it has helped increase productivity among team members who need job progress updates quickly while keeping everyone organized throughout every task

Great way track and manage customer services in one centralized location

I like that it is easy to use with many options available as well as having all your work orders together at once makes life easier! There are some things about Champs i dislike such as needing an account before you can access certain features (like email notifications). It would be nice if there was more ways to customize what information gets displayed when using different views/sections within champs so we could make this system just how our organization needs without making changes every…

  • Lots off reporting tools
  • Mobile app version for handheld devices, tablets
