Soft Country Body and Suspension Alignment Kits

I received my Soft Country Alignment Kit about two weeks ago. The strut fell apart during installation. With that done, we looked at another pad to see what had changed. You completely missed the welds on one side. I contacted Rude Country 3 days ago. You haven't answered yet. UPDATE: still no reply from rough country, just over a week has passed
