The best ginger grater. But carefully*. This thing is surgically sharp. It's so spicy the ginger grates like butter. If you use it to grate citrus, you need to put the citrus on the grater. When you make normal contact, you get to the point in one motion. With citrus, you really need to focus to keep a light hand. It's a little annoying if you're used to a "regular" grater. To be honest this thing is amazing. But be *very* careful. Do not use on children who can help in the kitchen - they will end up in the emergency room.
