It is so convenient and easy to use that it is cordless and automatically stops at the set pressure. However, the reading appears to be about 2 pounds higher than my separate digital gauge. Also, the tubing gets very hot where it connects to the pump, so be careful. They mention it in the instructions and let it cool down after so many minutes of use.
