Review on πŸ“Ί Kanto FMX2 Full Motion Mount: Ideal TV Wall Mount for 37-inch to 80-inch TVs by Justin Ewing

Sturdy wall mount

This is a fantastic unit. I bought the FMX2 for my 70" Samsung TV. I have 24" center studs so this was one of the few compatible mounts. It was more expensive but based on all the positive reviews I went with the Kanto. This thing is sturdy and heavy.I mounted it to the wall myself but wouldn't recommend anyone try it.The mount is heavy and uncomfortable when trying to hold it with one hand while screwing it on.The hardware that comes with the shorter one Connected to the TV by two sets of combat threaded screws and smaller plastic spacers and washers seemed the best configuration as the screws would fail completely sooner without spacers or with longer screws, I just hope Enough threads to make a solid one I pre-drilled the mounting holes and the screws went in with no problem. The big square ones Holes in the wall plate are ideal for attaching a power supply and M-Video Wall, giving the end product a very neat and professional look. The mount rotates away from and toward the wall, rotates left and right along the central axis, tilts forward and backward, and can even move horizontally left and right perpendicular to the wall. My only minor complaint is that the TV is difficult to slide in and out when fully extended. When I first tried this I was afraid I would ruin my TV. I ended up going to the TV and manually spreading my arms to pull the TV against the wall. Once the TV is close enough to the wall, it moves relatively easily.
