The crossbars are sturdy in regards to attaching a kayak rack or anything like that! I’m really pleased with how they look on my car and it feels so secure when lugging around two kayaks on a 3 in 1 j hook. These crossbars are everything I wanted for a fraction of the price that Hyundai would have charged.A plastic piece did break on first use (strictly cosmetic to cover the metal underneath). The customer service was so pleasant and easy to work with! I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of taking the crossbars off and returning the item. I just sent a picture and they sent me a brand new item! I would highly recommend buying from this seller!
