Everything was seamless from start to finish! Great customer service- always looking for ways of making things easy! Easy payment options; no hassle with invoices or billing etc., everything so simple it's brilliant. Customer Service department are great too - super responsive and helpful every time I've needed them!! Would definitely recommend this product if you're considering an HVAC system upgrade/replacement.- No glitches at all once installed & running smoothly since then (about 6 months now)! The benefits have been incredible, especially during our hot summers here in WA state USA where we suffer through extreme heatwaves almost daily :D.
