Works great for my purposes.
I have two separate doors that open into an enclosed back porch. Wanted the repeating chime as a reminder to keep doors closed so that the AC/Heat doesn't leak out onto porch, wasting $ and energy. I also set the alarm function at night or when away for added security.FYI for home automation folks, these are RF and work with my RF/IR/WiFi universal remote so that I am able to automate the functions.
- It's a very simple but effective device for the price.
- The alarm may cause false alarms due to sudden gusts of wind or small animals
