When I first used this product after my hair was dry and I ran my fingers through it I was shocked. My hair has never been so silky and soft. This is the second time I order the shampoo + conditioner duo and I ordered 2 packs of conditioner (conditioner runs out quicker than shampoo). The results are great every time! I like that the fragrance is very subtle although it smells nice. I have long hair so I prefer it if it's not too scented. My hair is very shiny and doesn't get tangled easily. This is the only product I plan to always have back-up vials of if that counts for anything. That *that* is good.
