USB device error
The product didn't really work. The LEDs are on. It required power from two USB-A ports and one USB-C port. Even if I plugged a very short second power cord into the external port as recommended, the gaming laptop wouldn't recognize it. Send it back without giving the product another chance. As a previous reviewer noted, the half-page user manual is horribly translated into English and of little help.
