Don't waste money!

Installing the lock was easy. The lock just doesn't work. The bolt will not fully extend with either a manual lock or an electronic lock. The included key locks the latch, but you cannot pull the key out without opening the latch. I've read the troubleshooting instructions for this issue, uninstalled and reinstalled to make sure everything is fine. Nevertheless the problem exists. I think that's what you get for a $40 padlock. Looked promising, just doesn't work. Very frustrating!
