I ordered this cute little fireplace stove to heat a small room in my house. I opened the box and at the bottom of the box were broken pieces of plastic and a window pane that was hanging on one of the doors. I tried to fix the pieces as there was a small piece holding the window pane in place. I put my feet on it. I have read all the instructions. I started it and worked for a couple of hours, it barely warmed the room. For the price they are selling it's a steal. I was disappointed. I have smaller heaters that produce twice as much heat, they cost about 40.00 and this one was cheap plastic and metal for 138.00, looks good that's all. It didn't have a remote control and one of the questions in the review was "how does the remote control work"? I can't tell because it didn't come with a remote control.
