This robot vacuum was a total disappointment. It randomly crashed into the walls and furniture in the living room and kitchen, but never penetrated the hallway, bedrooms, and bathrooms. It also couldn't return to the dock, which is in my office next to the WIFI source. Suction was good and picked up dog hair, but not on the edges of walls where tumbleweed tends to pick up dog hair. I run it in Edge mode first and it goes all over the house feeling along walls and furniture. This will catch most of the tumbleweed. Once it's past that outer boundary, I randomly run it and it goes through the middle of the rooms. Unlike Shark, which hits objects at full speed and then turns around, Deebot will slow down when it feels like hitting an object. He lightly touches the wall or object, adapts and continues on his way. In addition, there were no problems finding a docking station. Easy transitions from tile to carpet. I still can't believe how much dog hair and other litter is collected on a daily basis!
