I like how easy it is for me as an account manager of my agency/client's PPC campaign to see data at all levels in their report set up - from individual keywords through to Ad Groups & CPA goals!It seems that there are a few minor UI issues here or there but nothing majorly negative overall. It can be difficult sometimes when you're not used to using reports (e.g., filters). Try working out what your clients want first before looking for any features they may have missed initially. We've been able to target our client more effectively by narrowing down keyword lists we know will convert well within each B2B vertical market rather than having broad headings which don't always work so well. This has also helped us manage budgets better too!We've seen more qualified leads coming into contact with our brand because people were searching specifically for products related to them.This helps sales reps build strong relationships with customers who might otherwise never come across.
