The platform is easy to use and has a lot of great features. I like that I can target my audience and reach them with my content. I like that it's easy to create and track campaigns and that I can share my results and insights with my team. I also like the reporting features. I also like that you can target different audiences and customize your campaigns. The platform is a bit expensive and I wish it was more affordable. Flexibility with Swoop and flexibility between platforms

The ability for it's platform/API is flexible enough that you can get creative when creating your campaign design - but still maintain control over what data gets collected from who (permissions). As far as I know there isn't an integration option like Zapier or other 3rd party software out yet which would be ideal if one of our clients wanted us to use their tool. Great Platform For Marketing Automation

The ability to easily target audiences by demographic information is pretty great! Also being able to segment those demographics into different subgroups makes it even better. I wish there were more ways to customize the look/feel of my ad units because that could improve performance across all types of creatives. Also would be nice if you could set up an automatic bidding strategy so we don't have to do any work manually. It's been really helpful in helping us reach our marketing goals for…

  • Lots customization available from simple text boxes or HTML tags.
  • Ability integrate with most CMS platforms without much additional code needed (or at least very little)
  • Reporting dashboard looks good, although reporting feature should support multiple metrics per report view instead having just one metric column currently offered.)

An excellent platform and great customer support

I like how easy it is for me as an account manager of my agency/client's PPC campaign to see data at all levels in their report set up - from individual keywords through to Ad Groups & CPA goals!It seems that there are a few minor UI issues here or there but nothing majorly negative overall.
