Update Edit 3/2/2018: Shortly after writing this review, I found two more brushes in the mail, along with a sample of their cologne, along with a personal apology. Both of these brushes are great. They both look and feel just as good as the first. After that kind of customer service I feel they deserve a much higher rating. The first rating was two stars: I have ordered three so far. I really want to like it but their quality control is terrible. The first one was great, but unfortunately got lost when we moved. So I got a second one, but the smaller end combs weren't glued on properly and broke off. I just thought maybe I had a dud. However, the third had the same problem and its end fins also broke off. I won't even buy another one, and I'll choose one that doesn't stick badly to the end pieces.
