Review on Wusthof Classic 2 Inch Paring Knife by Ryan Whatley

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great knife but wrong knife

Wanted a spear point paring knife as shown in the pictures. Upon ordering (direct from Revain) I received a bird's beak style paring knife. (The tip of the spear resembles a typical chef's knife but is smaller, and the bird's beak curves the blade toward the blade.) I decided to keep it for myself as I was planning on ordering one. I placed a second order for the same item hoping it was a mistake. I was sent another blade in the shape of a bird's beak. Revain must have incorrect product images/descriptions. All this to say that the Bird's Beak Paring Knife is phenomenal in every way that a basic paring knife should be: surprisingly heavy and strong, comfortable in the hand, easy to maneuver and very sharp.
