Great knife for slicing raw cuts

I needed a new knife for slicing beef cuts so I came across a Victorinox Fibrox Pro butcher knife and got it. Wow, this knife is smooth (thanks to the Granton blade) - cuts through the entire fillet - a breeze! The blade of the knife is terribly sharp and allows clean cuts without much effort. Take a boneless lamb shank and dice it nice and easy for souvlaki skewers. I can put away my chef's knife and rely on this butcher knife to do the job better.
