I don't know enough about cooking to know if these are good or not. All I know is, I don't like them. I had to throw the whisk after the first. I loved the way the big handle felt in my hand but after I washed it I found that the handle held water that dripped out the next time I used it. That grossed me out so I threw it. The other items seem OK but they are hard to clean and I hate doing dishes so I won't use them much. Since they are new, I'll keep them on the counter for a while but I fear they are destined for the trash. Again, these things may work really well for someone who knows what's going on, I just don't like them.
