I've needed this for so long! Great invention. I grow and preserve a variety of hot peppers and cook them fresh with meals. The thumb is what I've always used to remove the seeds and core of the peppers, but then I inevitably touch my eyes or lips and suffer burns for a while. This core is perfect! Easy to use! Easy to clean. Spicy. Comfortable grip.
