I've had a very hard time getting my Brother laser printer to recognize this drum. I tried it for a few days, then the light went out. It's been printing fine for 2 months and now it's telling me I need a new drum. My laser printer is excellent and I haven't had any problems since I bought it 15 years ago. Until I had to buy a new drum. The original drum lasted 15 years. This off mark lasted 2 months. I'm not impressed and will have to buy a real Brother drum. That's what I spent my money on.
