Review on Satechi 12-Port USB Hub with Power Adapter & 2 Control Switches for MacBook Pro, iMac, Surface Pro, Dell XPS, PC and More (2015 MacBook Pro, 2014 MacBook Compatible) by Matthias Foxx

This is an addition to my original review. Apparently when I bought what I thought was an item I was redirected to a seller who is NOT Satechi. I didn't notice the difference when I ordered and paid for the device. When it arrived it was incomplete and therefore unusable. I thought I had contacted the manufacturer through Revain but it was (apparently) a fake vendor. They stated that the item was out of stock and would not be available again. They helped me a bit but I'm still stuck with something that didn't work. Recently (about a week ago) I came across a product in my past orders list and did not rate the product. So I posted a very short but negative comment as my review which Revain published and sent to the manufacturer. Within hours the manufacturer contacted me to find out what was wrong and how they could help. Although my records are incomplete and although (I sent them a photo of the device I have) it was established that the device I received was not a Satechi (the device I have also has absolutely no information about the chassis), they decided to help me. Her response to me was quick, respectful and FULLY focused on getting a happy customer in the end. what I am. The next time I need wired electronics or computing gear, there's no doubt that Satechi will be one of the first sources I buy. Their customer care and service alone is a good enough reason for me to recommend them!
