Review on Floracraft Styrofoam Balls, 3-Inch, White, Pack of 6: Ideal Crafting Supplies for DIY Projects by Kelsey Brown

There seem to be two types of styrofoam. One type is really hard and has air cells, and the other type is softer, semi-molded, with large pieces of foam packed tightly. These balls belong to the second type. I bought these to make Christmas decorations out of folded fabric and as the needles can change position a bit once inserted I would not recommend them for this type of craft. In general there is nothing wrong with them, just not the type that was needed and the description and photos do not show any difference.
