I expected more from buying, but not the worst option.

ated my computer recently. I now have a Gigabyte Radeon RX 5700 XT + Ryzen 3700x on my system. On the percent I put the Gammax GT Black cooler with backlight. On the first day, I noticed that the overall noise level from the system unit became higher. I usually turn on music when I go to bed, set a timer to turn off the computer. And I usually set the volume to 16 points and this was quite enough, but even if I lowered the volume of the music to 10 points, it would still be heard, up to 7-8 points in the quiet of the night, the aggravated hearing still hears music. Now the music is barely audible even at 18 volume levels, and below - everything merges into a cacophony of noise from the system unit (as it turned out later - specifically the power supply) and music. Previously, I had a Zotac GTX 770 4GB + intel Core i5 4690k with a Zalman CPX Performa cooler or something, a healthy tower cooler (about twice as thick as the radiator than the Gammax GT Black), and a Corsair CX600M 600W power supply. I took the same power supply at random, to be honest, it was without any reviews at all. Here I am writing the first one. I can state the fact that this time luck did not turn to face me. That's just what I decided to finally find out who exactly the hero of the occasion. To do this, I turned off the computer, turned it on, holding the cooler of the processor, then noticed that the noise was the same. After that, I immediately began to think in the direction of the power supply (in principle, I was initially inclined to this idea). And everything showed up at once. When the power supply fan is not spinning, there is just perfect silence. Not recommended for those with acute hearing. (He is pictured below).

Pros
  • The cables are not removable, but they are braided and I managed to lay them very nicely, I only had two extra ones left, they were also easy to hide.
Cons
  • NOISE, NOISE and more NOISE.
