The bag was too narrow to easily fit in my mailbox with a W=12" wide spring loaded inner flap. Distance between two metal arms A = 10.5 inches. So if the bag is upright, the inside flap of the mailbox cannot open. The maximum distance between the mounting screw holes is 12 inches. I had to drill a hole 0.5" past the ends of each slot so the mounting screws are C=13" apart. To hold the top of the bag up, two metal arms had to be filled with epoxy in a partially raised position, just enough to allow the mailbox's inner flap to fully open. Dimensions see picture #4. First mail delivery of several letters and advertising brochures wedged in the side of a mailbag RECOMMENDATION; DEVELOP A MAILBAG TO BETTER FIT ALL MAILBOXES. THE DISTANCE BETWEEN TWO METAL HANDLES SHOULD BE 14 INCHES FOR THE BAG. THIS ALLOWS THE INNER FLAP OF THE MAILCHUT TO BE FULLY OPENED, WITH THE TOP OF THE BAG STANDING IN A VERTICAL POSITION, AND A WIDER BAG ALLOWS THE MAIL TO BE INSERTED AT AN ANGLE WITHOUT SLOWING DOWN. ADDITIONAL MAILBAG CAPACITY WOULD BE MOST USEFUL WHEN LOADING A 2-DAY POST MAIL OR TOO MANY PROMOTIONAL LEAFLET. LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE A GREAT MODEL OTHERWISE THE DESIGN WILL LOOK GREAT - NO COMPETITING PRODUCTS. MANY THANKS.
