Bad product
This lock was tacky to begin with. The key hung in the slot and only worked after some wobbling. Lubricating didn't help. The black inner handle is plastic and doesn't feel strong enough. I returned the lock for a refund and bought a Fastec lock instead. It works much better and has a metal handle inside.
