suddenly stopped working after 3.5 months. Tried to reset by unplugging for min. The thermostat now thinks that on hot h20 the reading is 30°F higher than it should be, on 55 degrees h20 shows 85. I easily have a 12 month warranty but have no idea how to contact the manufacturer . UPDATE: The manufacturer contacted me. and mine replaced immediately. I changed my rating to 4 bcse, firstly it didn't work. However, the support response is impressive. In operation this device is impressive and also great for use in the bucket when acclimating, transporting or warming up, h20 routine changes when using RO/DI. Given the impressive accuracy of the thermostat and the power of the small device, if the new device is going to last long, I recommend heating up the esp quickly. Be sure to unplug when changing h20 to avoid frying the thermostat.
