Received a mug press for Mother's Day (thanks kids!). I've used non-fusible ink (both transfer sheets and markers) and both have worked well. By the way, they are not kidding when they say to use it in a well ventilated area! It gives off very strong fumes after the first few uses (less if you use it, but you still need to be in a ventilated area). I watched many videos before using it. My only complaint is with ALL of my Cricut machines. Please, please enclose instructions for use! I don't have to search the internet for people who know how to operate my $200 car! Definitely thinking about getting a sublimation printer now that would make it so much easier!
