There are several nice features as far as managing and tracking of work goes, but a major downside is that it is very difficult to set up. You can use a program like Google apps for business or Outlook to share documents (such as MS Word) but not so much that you can send an email directly from the application without having to access the document via the website. COINs offers excellent customer service. They will help you through setting the system up and even follow-up after your first training session. They make all their systems available in different languages, including Chinese. I highly recommend them. It made administration easier on our end as well since everything was accessible in one place. The user interface is very easy to use and navigate, it has been very helpful in our daily work. I do not have any dislikes regarding this product. It's good for small companies that want to take part of the construction market. We are solving problems of time loss and errors in the process of managing projects. Our clients can visualize their work from start to finish thanks to the program.
