The interface is easy to understand and navigate. The platform is very customizable. We have been able to reduce our time to market and improve our customer experience. We are able to manage our projects and our staff. We are able to see where we can improve our process and our cost structure. There are several nice features as far as managing and tracking of work goes, but a major downside is that it is very difficult to set up. You can use a program like Google apps for business or Outlook to share documents (such as MS Word) but not so much that you can send an email directly from the application without having to access the document via the website.
