Good knives: Cutlery and knife accessories

I like good knives in the kitchen (Shun, Eberhart Schaf etc.). One of my favorite inexpensive knives is Forshner (Victronox). It's really hard to beat for the price. I recently decided that I need decent steak knives. After considering all the options, I decided to buy these paring knives for this purpose. You came today. They're just as good as I expected (good) and amazingly sharp right out of the box. I know they are very easy to sharpen when needed and hold up pretty well from my experience with this brand. I'm REALLY happy with it. They cost less than some of the steak knives I've reviewed and I think they're a better fit for what I'll be doing with them. Feel free to buy them.
